Is your daughter approaching her Bat Mitzvah year and you’re searching for a meaningful experience to mark this important milestone?

Club 12 at The Village Shul offers a unique journey that blends Jewish learning, personal growth, and unforgettable shared memories. It’s an inspiring program designed to deepen your daughter’s connection to her Jewish identity while building confidence and pride.

Even if she’s planning a Bat Mitzvah party, Club 12 adds something more — a richer, more meaningful experience that connects her to the heart of what becoming a Bat Mitzvah truly means.

When & What to Expect

Bat Mitzvah Club runs bi-weekly from October through May.

Each session includes engaging Art workshops & paint nights, Krav Maga & confidence building, challah baking & holiday programs, chesed initiatives & community service, special events and guest presenters.
Some sessions are designed especially for mothers and daughters to connect and share this momentous journey together, exploring Jewish wisdom, discovering their strengths and gifts, and being inspired by Jewish role models.
Other sessions are just for the girls, giving them the opportunity to bond and build friendships, deepen their Jewish identity, and gain the confidence to stand tall as young Jewish women.

Location: The Village Shul 1072 Eglinton Ave W
Sundays evenings: exact time to be confirmed

The Celebration
The program concludes with a beautiful and meaningful celebration, where each participant has the opportunity to share her journey and invite family and friends. No torah reading is necessary. Date and site are TBD but will take place at the end of May.
